Panzanella
Panzanella is a bread
and vegetable salad from Tuscany. It's a pretty flexible recipe, as long as
you have the two most important ingredients: very ripe tomatoes and day-old,
good country bread.

Barbecued Tofu Sandwich
One of the things I miss most as a veggie is barbecue sauce, since it's typically eaten with steak or ribs. What can a vegetarian eat barbecue sauce with? I've just learned the answer: fried tofu. Give this barbecued tofu sandwich a try - you won't believe your taste buds.

best for them. What is upsetting to me is the zero tolerance I see on some of these animal
rights website towards a person's choice on what they eat...
