Doctor and parents want me to eat meat
I've been vegetarian for 6 months and haven't had my period for about 10. The
doctor told me to eat some meat, that I shouldn't be "playing around with my
diet." My mother says that Im being stubborn. I feel like my parents and doctor
hardly know about vegetarianism and the nutritional aspects. I could use some
advice about what you think I might be missing in my diet, what I should tell my
doc and mom.
