New vegetarian needs advice
I have been reading about how much better everyone feels after going vegetarian,
but I haven't had this experience. I have severe insomnia, my blood pressure has
gone through the roof, and I have been feeling generally bad within myself. Is
this something that will pass in time - is there anything I can do to feel
better?
