Veggie Talk
No tofu, mushrooms, or TVP
I've been veggie off and on for years, but can't seem to stick with it. My
family hates meat substitutes like tofu and TVP, so we eat meatless dishes like
pasta, salads, and quesadillas, but we all get bored and crave meat. Every
site I visit, I find recipes with the things we don't care for. I need advice on
getting variety without those ingredients.
