|Quinoa is faster, easier, and – in my opinion – tastier than rice. Give it a try!|
Combine quinoa, 2 c water, and salt and heat to boiling.
Cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir and add more water if needed. Cook another 5 minutes or so, until most of the germs have separated and all the water has been absorbed.
