Smoky and fresh-tasting thanks to orange and lime juice.

- hand blender or mini food processor
Ingredients
- 1 small avocado (half a cup, packed)
- ¼ c water
- 3 T orange juice
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 t soy sauce
- ¼ t agave (optional)
- ⅛ t liquid smoke
- dash salt
Directions
Blend everything together. If it’s too thick, add a bit more water.
Taste and add more smoke and/or salt as needed.
