Strawberry Frappé

A simple recipe for a vegan strawberry milkshake that’s just as delicious as the dairy version.

Yield 2 servings
Time 5 minutes
  • blender
  • 2/3 c raw cashews
  • 1 1/3 c vanilla-flavored, non-dairy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
Directions Place cashews and half the milk in the blender, processing until completely smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth, and serve.
