A blend of peanut butter and banana makes an excellent smoothie.

- ice cube tray
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 c non-dairy milk + 3-4 ice cubes
or
10-12 soy milk ice cubes* - 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 2-4 T smooth peanut butter
- 1 T agave syrup or sugar
Directions
Blend milk/cubes until ground up.
Add banana, peanut butter, sweetener, and any desired additions (e.g., protein powder) and blend until smooth.
Notes
* To make, just pour soy milk into an ice cube tray and freeze.
I typically use plain soy milk, but flavored varieties can work as well.
