Garlic Walnut Soup

A deliciously smooth, raw soup. Raw garlic walnut soup
Yield 4 servings
Time 5  minutes
  • food processor
  • 1 c walnuts
  • 2 c water
  • ½ c olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ t pepper
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 T fresh dill, chopped
Directions Place walnuts in blender and grind to powder. Add water, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth.

Pour into four bowls and top with avocado and dill.
