Beans are an important source of vegetarian protein. Lucky for us, they are also versatile and delicious! Take a look at this list of different ways to enjoy beans in soups, salads, veggie burgers, and more.

Remember that most dried beans, which are cheaper and tastier than canned beans, need to be soaked before cooking. And if you just don’t have time for that, the beans in most recipes can be replaced by lentils.
