Directions | Cut the tofu into cubes.
Place everything else in the bowl and whisk together. Add tofu, stir, and let sit for at least an hour, stirring occasionally. Store leftover tofu feta in the fridge. It will keep for several days. |

Notes | Tofu feta is wonderful on top of Greek salad and makes a great addition to an antipasto platter.
