Recipe: Chocolate Malt
There's nothing like a rich, chocolately malt. Beware - this is not for the
calorie conscious!

| Ingredients |
- 1 scoop (about ½ c) chocolate ice cream
- 2 t malt
- 3 T hot fudge or chocolate sauce
- 1 c milk
- 1-2 t espresso (liquid, not beans) - optional
- ¼ c slivered almonds - optional
|
| Directions |
Blend everything but the almonds, pour into a glass, stir in the almonds, and serve. |
| Notes |
The better quality ice cream you use, the better the shake will taste. The hot fudge doesn't have to be hot; I used to work in an ice cream parlor and would sometimes use the "hot" fudge before it was put into the heater - it tasted just fine. |
