Recipe: Limeade
Limeade is a nice change of pace for a summertime drink.

- small saucepan
- whisk
- juicer
- pitcher or large bowl

| Ingredients |
- ½ c sugar
- 2 Q water
- 3-4 limes, juiced
|
| Directions |
Combine sugar with 1 c water in the saucepan, and whisk together
over high heat until the water just starts to boil. Add sugar water
to lime juice and remaining water and stir well. Add ice and enjoy. |
| Notes |
My limeade is lightly flavored and very refreshing. If you like a
stronger flavor, double the lime and sugar - you can always add more water
if it's too strong. Lemonade is a great
summertime drink too.
