Recipe: Macaroni Salad
A simple but tasty dish. Macaroni salad is great for picnics and buffets, or
as a side dish.

- saucepan
- colander
- large bowl
- wooden spoon

| Ingredients |
- 1 c dressing: aļoli, herb dressing, mayonnaise, tzatziki, vegan mayonnaise, or vegan sour cream.
- 1 t mustard (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pound macaroni, cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water
- 2 c cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- ½ small onion, finely chopped

| Directions |
If using mustard, mix into the dressing along with the salt and
pepper. Then mix everything together with the dressing, taste, and adjust
seasonings.

| Notes |
Feel free to add/replace vegetables. Some other tasty possibilities: sweet corn, sun-dried tomatoes, green pepper, carrot. |
