|Tempeh, a cake of fermented soybeans, is much tastier than it sounds. This is my favorite way to eat it.|
Heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add tempeh in a single layer and fry until golden, about 3-4 minutes.
Drizzle with half of the soy sauce, turn and repeat.
|Notes||These crunchy sticks can be eaten plain for a snack, and they also taste great with peanut sauce or barbecue sauce.|
