  • two slices toast
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • 4-5 cucumber slices
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 4 red onion rings
  • 4 avocado slices
  • 2 slices cheese (optional)
  • ½ hard-boiled egg (optional)
  • sprouts

Italian Sandwich 1

  • Italian bread or focaccia
  • mozzarella and/or provolone cheese, fresh or smoked
  • a few sun-dried tomatoes
  • roasted peppers and/or pepperoncini
  • vinaigrette
  • salt and pepper
