| Grease the muffins tins with the butter and set aside. Preheat
oven to 400. Combine oil, egg, sugar, and molasses in the large bowl, and
set aside. Sift flour, bran, baking soda and powder, cinnamon, and salt
together into the medium bowl. Combine yogurt and milk in the small bowl. Alternate between adding the yogurt/milk and the dry ingredients
to the large bowl. Mix only until combined; batter will be lumpy. Stir in
raisins/nuts. Fill each muffin tin about 2/3 full and bake for 15-20 minutes.
