|Quick-cooking couscous makes a nice change from rice.|
|Directions||Pour couscous into bowl, sprinkle with salt, and quickly pour the boiling water on top. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
Fluff the couscous, then stir in any additions and serve.
|Notes||For more color and nutrition, try adding corn, peas, chopped carrots … the sky is the limit!
