Sage Gravy

Time 10 minutes
  • medium saucepan
  • whisk
Directions Place water in pot over medium heat and slowly add the flour, constantly whisking until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer, whisking frequently, until desired thickness.

Notes Try sage gravy with mashed potatoes and hazelnut-crusted seitan for a hearty and delicious meal.
