Delicious red pepper dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 T Korean red pepper paste or red pepper coulis
- 3 T tamari
- 3 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 T ketchup or 1½ T tomato paste + ½ T agave
- ½ t toasted sesame oil
Directions
Whisk everything together.
If you like, you can garnish it with 2 thinly sliced green onions and 2 t of toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
This is phenomenal with Buffalo tofu, Tofu nuggets, and Fried tempeh.
