Korean-Inspired Dipping Sauce

Delicious red pepper dipping sauce.
Yield ¾ cup
Time 5 minutes
  • small bowl
  • whisk
  • 3 T Korean red pepper paste  or  red pepper coulis
  • 3 T tamari
  • 3 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 T ketchup
  • ½ t toasted sesame oil

Whisk everything together.

If you like, you can garnish it with 2 thinly sliced green onions and 2 t of toasted sesame seeds.

Notes This is phenomenal with Buffalo tofu, Tofu nuggets, and Fried tempeh.
