Korean-Inspired Dipping Sauce Ⓥ

Delicious red pepper dipping sauce.

Time: 5 minutes

Tools

  • small bowl
  • whisk

Ingredients

  • 3 T Korean red pepper paste  or  red pepper coulis
  • 3 T tamari
  • 3 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 T ketchup  or  1½ T tomato paste + ½ T agave
  • ½ t toasted sesame oil

Directions

Whisk everything together.

If you like, you can garnish it with 2 thinly sliced green onions and 2 t of toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

This is phenomenal with Buffalo tofu, Tofu nuggets, and Fried tempeh.
