Recipe: Cheese Croutons
These warm and bubbly croutons go equally well with soup and salad.

- Knife
- Grater
- Baking sheet

| Ingredients |
- 12 slices French bread, cubed
- ½ c Parmesan, cheddar, or bleu cheese, grated
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 T butter, softened
- pepper
|
| Directions |
Arrange bread cubes on the baking sheet and toast until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients, sprinkle over the bread cubes, then broil until cheese melts and begins to brown.
Serve warm with your favorite soup or salad.
