Although I call these French fries, it's a bit of a misnomer, as they are
roasted rather than fried. They're very similar to the fried ones and every bit
as good! French Toast This is the recipe for the best French toast I've ever had - a variation on
the house recipe at a little café I used to work at in Illinois. I hope you
enjoy it! Fresh Pasta Making fresh pasta takes less than an hour and you can't beat it for taste and texture. Kids will love the different color possibilities. Fresh Pea Soup Use up the last of summer's fresh peas for this simple soup. Fresh Tomato Sauce This summery sauce is delicious with pasta or anything else that needs a bit of
fresh tomato flavor. Fried Green Tomatoes If you have unripe tomatoes available, make good use of them with this easy recipe for fried green tomatoes. Fried Rice Fried rice is an easy, versatile, and quick vegetarian recipe. In fact, the hardest part is remembering to make the rice at least several hours beforehand, so that it has time to chill.
Fried Tempeh
Tempeh, a cake of fermented soybeans, is much tastier than it sounds. Fried
